You can change the range of the statement before generating it.

You can change the range of the statement to the last 7 days, the last 30 days, and up to 1 year.

Once the statement is downloaded,  you can import it into cryptocurrency tax software like Bitcoin Tax.

A cryptocurrency tax software will extract taxable events and generate a form during tax seasons.

  1. Login to Binance and click on the menu

First of all,  click on “Wallet” to expand the tab.

Once the tab is expanded, you will see other tabs like “Summary,” “Fiat and Spot,” “Margin,” and more.

Click on “Fiat and Spot” to go to your Fiat and Spot wallet.

3. Select “Transaction History.”

Once you are in your fiat and spot wallet, you will see your fiat and spot balance.

At the top of the page, you will see a link “Transaction history” and “Convert small balance to BNB.”

Click on “Transaction History” to view your transaction history on Binance.

If you are using Binance on a desktop, you will not be able to see these links.

Instead, “Transaction History” can be found on the page’s left sidebar.

Click on the “Transaction History” tab to use Binance on a desktop.

4. Click on “Generate all statements.”

On the transaction history page, you will be able to view your history of BNB deposits, withdrawals, transfers, distributions, and conversions.

Just click on the related tab where you want to see your transaction history.

You can also filter it by date, currency, and account.

Also, you can download an extract of all your transaction history.

To download your transaction history,  click “Generate All Statements.”

5. Change the declaration range and click “Generate.”

After clicking “Generate All Statements,” you will reach the “Generate All Statements” page.

On the page, you will see various filters such as “Rank,” “Account,” and “Currency.”

The filter you want to edit is the “Range” filter.

By default, the ‘Range’ filter is set to ‘Last 3 months.

To generate a statement of all your transactions in the last year, you must change it.

Click on the “Range” dropdown box.

Then select “Last 1 Year” to change the transaction range to one year.

You do not need to change the “Account” or “Currency” filters.

If you want to hide your transfer log, you can check the “Hide transfer log” box.

Finally,  click “Generate” to generate the statements.

6. Wait a few hours and download the account statement.

After clicking “Generate,” its status will be displayed below the page.

You will be able to see the sending time, the date, and the status of the account statement.

The statement usually takes a few hours to generate.

To see how long it takes to generate, you can check its status next to the “Status” column.

For example, if the return takes 3 hours to generate, you’ll see the status “Expected to complete after 3 hours.”

Once it has finished generating,  click “Download” to download it.

You can then import the statement into cryptocurrency tax software like Bitcoin Tax.

Please note that you can only generate up to 5 times per month.

This is because generating logs consumes a lot of server resources at the Binance end.
